As part of our commitment to make the home care process as easy and convenient as possible, all of our Qualified Caregivers are bonded, insured and covered by workers’ compensation insurance, which means you don’t have to worry because you and your loved one are protected from potential loss and liability.
Using our detailed and rigorous Qualified Caregiver Screening Process, Minnesota Home Quality Care has assembled an incredible team of experienced Qualified Caregivers (including Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs) and professional caregivers) who are truly passionate about and committed to providing the highest quality care.
QUALIFIED CAREGIVER SCREENING PROCESS
- 1+ years of professional caregiving experience and/or CNA/HHA
- 2+ professional caregiver reference checks
- DOJ & FBI Live Scan Criminal Background Clearance
- CPR certification
- Physical exam and TB test
- DMV record check and safe driving exam
- Valid Driver’s License or State ID card
- Valid Social Security card
- Multiple interviews
- Multiple exams
